About Veilpoint

We build for the moments where care becomes personal.

Veilpoint is a veteran-founded medical-technology company developing connected tools for patients, clinicians, and the injection experience itself. Our work begins with the belief that better follow-through requires better product experiences.

VeilpointCompany perspective / 01

Our focus

Support the person.
Inform the team.
Improve the moment.

Why we exist

A routine clinical action can still carry a heavy human burden.

Founding belief

Better follow-through begins with a better experience.

Needle anxiety, fragmented information, and the pressure of managing therapy alone can all shape care behavior. Veilpoint brings patient software, clinical workflow, and physical injection support into one coherent product philosophy.

  • Listen before defining the workflow
  • Reduce friction without removing responsibility
  • Use information to support, never to shame
  • Earn trust through clarity and discipline

Founder story

Built from necessity, shaped with manufacturing discipline.

John Weller / Founder

The problem became personal before it became a company.

John Weller entered the Marine Corps with a lifelong fear of needles and left with advanced-manufacturing experience and a recurring therapy routine he was expected to manage at home. When the available tools did not give him the confidence or control he needed, he began developing a different approach.

  • United States Marine Corps veteran
  • Experience in communications and advanced manufacturing
  • Firsthand understanding of needle anxiety and at-home therapy
  • Founder-led product direction grounded in direct use experience

How we work

Empathy is part of the development discipline.

01

Human-centered

Begin with real routines, real anxieties, and the environments where products will actually be used.

02

Measured

Separate product ambition from validated claims and communicate development status clearly.

03

Collaborative

Invite patients, clinicians, researchers, and technical specialists into the process early.

04

Connected

Design every product as part of a broader experience across the patient and care-team journey.

Leadership and expertise

A multidisciplinary approach to a deeply human problem.

Clinical & Regulatory

Advisory network in development

Care pathways, human factors, risk, and regulatory strategy

Veilpoint is building a multidisciplinary advisory network to challenge intended workflows, shape research priorities, and ensure product ambition is matched by disciplined evidence and responsible development.

03

Product & Engineering

Device and software development

Servo systems, connected software, and validation planning

The product program brings the AutoIM and AutoSQ device family together with Track+ and CliniTrack, translating one sensitive care journey into coordinated hardware, patient software, and clinical workflow.
